About

At the heart of Shannon Kobylarczyk’s story is family, perseverance, and intentional living. Raised as the fourth of five children in a large, loving household—three of whom were adopted—Shannon grew up with a deep appreciation for diversity, teamwork, and shared responsibility. Her parents instilled in her the importance of integrity, accountability, and resilience, values that continue to guide her personal and professional life. Sports and activity played a central role in her upbringing. Shannon participated in basketball, softball, volleyball, and high school dance, developing discipline and confidence that carried into adulthood. A lifelong reader, she continues to find reflection and growth through books and learning. Family remains her greatest source of pride. Shannon has been married to her high school sweetheart since her teenage years, and together they raised two sons. Her oldest recently graduated from St. Norbert College with a degree in finance, while her youngest is a college freshman with aspirations of pursuing sports law. Today, Shannon emphasizes balance, mental health awareness, and well-being. She believes success is defined not only by professional achievement, but by presence, personal growth, and the ability to adapt through life’s transitions. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, baking—especially her much-requested cupcakes—travel, and discovering new cultures alongside her family. Shannon’s journey is a testament to resilience and reflection. She brings perspective shaped by real-life experience, leadership at the highest corporate levels, and a steadfast commitment to family, learning, and personal responsibility.
